Return policy, guarantee, warranty
All purchasers have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery. You may receive the full cost of the hipi back or a replacement hipi (shipping paid by Vectordesigns UG), as long as you return it back in good condition within 14 days after the original delivery of the product. Exchanges in another size entail payment or return of the difference in price.
You also receive a one year repair warranty. We will repair your product due to any defect in workmanship or materials, or due to any wear and tear.
